2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here applies each time you visit.
3. Information only
The content on this website is general information about our services and about letting and managing property. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should take your own advice before acting on it. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or free from errors.
4. Valuations, proposals and property details
Any rental figure, valuation, fee illustration or proposal given through this website is indicative only. It is not an offer and does not create a contract.
Property details are provided in good faith for guidance. They do not form part of any offer or tenancy agreement, and availability, rent and other details may change. Images and measurements are illustrative.
5. Enquiries and our services
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a proposal or valuation, or registering your requirements does not create an agreement between you and us and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
Our services to landlords are provided under our separate terms of business, which are agreed in writing when you instruct us. A tenancy is governed by the tenancy agreement. If there is any conflict between this website and those documents, those documents take priority.
6. Repairs
To report a repair in a home managed by Harlington Property Management, use the repair form on our Contact page. For problems with your home that cannot wait until we reopen, call 01302 206127 outside our telephone opening hours. If there is a risk to life or safety, call 999. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website. In particular you must not:

9. Links to other websites
This website may link to sites operated by others. We provide these for convenience, do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
