What professional indemnity insurance is
Professional indemnity insurance is designed to respond to claims made against a business by a client who says they lost money because of a mistake or negligence in the professional service they received.
Cover is subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, limits and exclusions. Holding this insurance does not mean that every claim will be accepted or that compensation will be paid in every case.
Public and products liability
Our policy also includes public and products liability cover, which can respond to claims for injury to people or damage to property arising from our business. This cover is also subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, limits and exclusions.
